While the Florida State Fairgrounds does not offer camping for the general public, the Florida State Fair Authority does provide camp sites for the convenience of participants in events being held on the grounds. To reserve your camping space, please contact the Fairgrounds Camping Office at 813-621-7821 ext. 246.
The camping fee for RVs or Buses is $35 per day (effective July 1, 2006). Camping fees should be paid upon arrival at the Box Office located in the Fairgrounds Administration Building. Cash and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Campground Rules:
- Spaces are assigned, and guests are to use their assigned space unless the Box Office has give them permission to relocate.
- Only one electrical hook-up is provided per camp site. Use of additional hook-ups will result in the assessment of additional camp site fees. Each standard hook-up is 30AMP (110 volt). Additional electrical requirements can be arranged for a fee by contacting Fairgrounds Electrical Dept. at 813-621-7821.
- Payment is due upon arrival. Acceptable payment must be in the form of cash, U.S. traveler checks or a major credit card (American Express, MasterCard, and VISA). Personal checks cannot be accepted.
- Reservations are encouraged, but they are not mandatory. Please call 1-800-345-FAIR in advance to verify availability.
- All pets will be regulated by the Hillsborough County Leash Law, and all dogs must be on a leash while on the fairgrounds. Failure to comply with regulations may result in your being asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
- All campground guests should remain in authorized areas, and are not permitted beyond the barns.
- Livestock is not permitted to be walked, ridden, or housed in the campground area.
- Vehicles are to be parked in their assigned camp site only.
- Tents are not permitted.
The Florida State Fair Authority is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property. We recommend you keep your vehicles locked.
Check out time is 8:00 A.M. You may stay later than that time; however, you will incur additional charges.

If space is what you need, Expo Hall is the place. Its 88,000 square feet of exhibit space makes move-in and move-out easy for even the most challenging displays.
Six drive-through doors make this building ideal for heavy equipment, cars and boat shows. For even more space, you can easily expand into the adjacent Entertainment Hall, giving you a total of 140,000 square feet in which to stage your event.
Some events that have made Expo Hall their host include Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Volvo International World Cup Horse Jumping, Disney On Ice, the Tour of World Figure Skating Champions, the R.V. Supershow, Florida's Largest Home Show, Reba McIntire, the Buckler's Craft Show, and the Florida State Boat and Sports Show.

From exhibits to a concert, the Entertainment Hall has proven itself to be the perfect location for many events. Your event can now join the list of successful events which include: Country Folk Art Show, and concerts with the LeAnn Rimes & Brain White, Alabama, Black Crowes, The Allman Brothers, Peter Frampton, Robyn Trower, Little Feat, Lee Greenwood, Johnny Cash, and Roy Clark.
Entertainment Hall is a 52,000 square foot multi-purpose facility with a 45-foot high ceiling, and a 5,000 person seating capacity. The Entertainment Hall is climate controlled, and has great acoustical and lighting capabilities.
Large doors make the Hall very accessible for unloading and loading. You can drive everything from a motorcycle, up to a semi-truck into the building.
Need a larger area? We have the solution. Since the Entertainment Hall is adjacent to the 88,000 square foot Expo Hall, you can increase your floor space up to 140,000 square feet by opening the large connecting doors.

Its versatility and bright interior make the Charles M. Davis Special Events Center an ideal show hall for almost any occasion.
This modern building provides 40,000 sq. ft. of usable space. Add a folding acoustical wall to divide the space into 18,000 and 22,000 square feet sections under a 25-foot high ceiling.
For trade and consumer shows, the Charles M. Davis Special Events Center can accommodate over 200 booth spaces. For concerts, a spectator configuration gives you over 3,000 unobstructed seats. And for banquets, there are catering facilities to accommodate parties from 500 to 3,000.

 The Equestrian Pavilion exudes a sense of openness with its glass windows that extend the full length of the building on both sides. It offers a unique setting for weddings, banquets, parties, and meetings of all sizes, seating up to 500 people.
The Equestrian Pavilion is a climate-controlled facility of 9,000 square feet, 50 feet wide and 250 feet long, and has an adjoining kitchen area.
