EVENT REQUEST FOR COST ESTIMATE: Download the Event Request Form. Complete this form to request a cost estimate for your event.  Please FAX it to 813-740-3504 to the Fairgrounds Sales Department.    You may contact the SALES DEPARTMENT at 813-621-7821 ext. 4218 or 4395 to follow-up regarding the status of your request.

FACILITIES KIT & FLOOR PLANS:  Download an Event Sales Kit for event space and building layouts.

NON-FAIR EVENTS ELECTRIC FORM:  Download the Electric Form Request for events taking place during the year (other than Fair time).  The rates are effective for events through June 30, 2011 (again this does not pertain to the fair).  Prices may be subject to increases based on economic conditions and trends impacting electrical rates.  A new form should be requested through the Fairgrounds sales department for events taking place after the June 30, 2011 date.
