GS Fest 2021

We’re thrilled to be back in-person for our annual event to kick off the Girl Scout year! Together with our many terrific program partners and sponsors, you’ll have the chance to take part in activities that span our four program pillars—entrepreneurship, life skills, outdoor, and STEM. Special features* will include the Fall Product and Girl Scout Cookie Programs Rally, an exclusive area with activities for older girls (grades 6–12), tours of the Florida Learning Garden provided by Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, and access to explore Cracker Country as part of Smithsonian Museum Day. GS Fest is open to EVERYONE so bring your family, friends, and neighbors, and come enjoy the fun!

Registration opens in July – be sure to check back often for exciting updates!

*Subject to change without notice

Registration prices for children and adults by date. Register by August 1: Child $9, Adult $5. Register by September 15: Child $12, Adult $7. Register September 18 (at the door): Child $15, Adult $10.

Girl Scouts of West Central Florida has been monitoring the COVID-19 surge as safety is our first priority.

Since many of our Girl Scouts are under age 12 and ineligible for vaccines, we are moving forward with the following precautions at GS Fest based on CDC COVID-19 recommended surge precautions:

  • Requiring masks of all attendees, including those who have been vaccinated
  • Increasing space allocations for each partner booth to ensure maximum social distancing
  • Distributing disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer to each partner booth and working with the Florida Fairgrounds to have additional hand sanitization stations
  • Promoting “entry windows” to disperse attendance throughout the day
