2026 Poultry Show Information
We are thrilled that you are interested in the 2026 Florida State Fair. We’ve put together the necessary information for entering the Open Purebred, Youth and Pre-Junior Poultry Shows. You’re encouraged to check out all the information for any show or shows you plan to enter.
Ethics Workshops Requirements
All students entered in the 2026 Florida State Fair Youth Show must complete the Youth Livestock Show Ethics and Animal Care Workshop to show an animal at the Florida State Fair. Youth exhibiting at other fairs should check that specific fair’s rules for ethics qualifications. The last workshop offered for exhibitors showing at the Florida State Fair will be held on January 19, 2026.

Training for Fair Exhibitors
These workshops are designed to certify students to meet the mandatory certification requirements that will be in effect for the 2026 Florida State Fair and many other Florida Fairs. Register now or contact Ethics@FloridaStateFair.com for details.
Attention Youth Poultry Exhibitors:
An online process will be used to sign up for the Showmanship and Ask Me Booths for the 2026 Florida State Fair. Please use the below links to select times for each event. Times will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will open on January 1st at 12 AM. Any changes, corrections or adjustments to the selected times slot may be made online during the active registration time frame or at Arrival/Check-in at the Fair.

The Youth Poultry and Pre-Junior Poultry registration deadline is December 12, 2025 and the Open Purebred Poultry registration deadline is January 5, 2026.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAID ONLINE.
Hand-delivered or mailed entries WILL NOT be accepted for the 2026 Fair.

**Please Note: The Signature Page MUST be uploaded to the below link, emailed, faxed or mailed by time of corresponding entry due date to qualify for full points for the Achievement Premium program.
