Are dietary accommodations available?

Yes, please advise us in advance of any dietary needs and we will be happy to accommodate.

Do you offer menu tastings prior to menu selection?

Yes, we offer menu tastings upon request after the deposit is received.

How far in advance is booking required?

We require booking one month in advance, if possible.

Are customized packages available?

Our catering managers will be happy to work with you to create a custom menu to best fit your vision.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your event.

Is there a service charge for catering?

There will be a 20% service charge plus applicable sales tax added to your bill. This service charge is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to service employees.

When are guaranteed guest counts and estimated full payment due?

Your guest count and estimated full payment is due 14 days before your event.

Is outside food and beverage permitted?

Levy is the Florida State Fairgrounds’ exclusive catering partner who provides all food and beverage services.

Is a hosted bar based on actual consumption?

Yes, and we additionally offer several hosted beverage packages as well as a cash bar. Bartender labor is 125.00 per bartender for 2 hours, regardless of the type of beverage service.

Are linens provided?

Yes, black or navy linens are available.
