Bags: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”).

Box Office: Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre will be open on-day-of-show only.

Chairs: Lawn chairs are available for rent for $10.00 per chair and must be turned in at the end of the event. Guests are able to bring their own lawn chairs, but they must be low profile (no chair back higher than 26 in. / no seat base higher than 9 in.). No bag chairs, camping chairs, or folding chairs are permitted.

Lost & Found: Lost items are turned in to Guest Services during and at the end of the show. The GS booth is located next to the Orchestra entrance (ramp) on the west side of the venue. Before leaving the venue, check with Guest Services to see if they have your item. If not, you may call our Experience Manager at (813) 600-1006. She is not in the office every day, so please leave a message or send an email to tracismith@livenation.com
